My garden and the wood we live in are an inspiration in my daily life. There is magic everywhere: in the flower unfurling its petals, in the tree ever-changing from one season to the next, in the mushroom popping to the surface overnight.
When I decided to commission artwork for the new edition of the planner, I wanted something that would evoke the wonder of the garden and woods, seen and unseen. Our artist, Jenny Metson, has done just that. You will be transported into the world of butterflies, bees, gnomes and animals. Even as you plan the practical aspects of your life, you will feel a sense of wonder.
I hope that using the planner will also enable you to bring even more mindfulness into your daily life, giving you a tool to center yourself in that simple peace, always available, just waiting to greet you. You will find space to write down weekly meditations, monthly intentions, as well as journaling questions at the end of each week.
